Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dynamic Waiter/Waitress for our All Day Dining Restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve with a smile, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in All-Day Dining, strong F&B knowledge, excellent communication, and teamwork. You will uphold hygiene standards, assist during peak times, and help deliver memorable dining experiences across

Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Should have min. 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations
• Should have a strong F&B Product Knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service periods
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently, escalating concerns when necessary
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens, and outlet operations
• Process guest bills and payments accurately
• Support colleagues during peak meal periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for service at all times
