Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Basic mathematical skills to handle cash and checks.
• Advanced English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.
• Ability to operate POS and close out a check.

Responsibilities

• Assist captain or head waiter during service, staying at disposal.
• Promote in-house sales with knowledge of all F&B services and outlets.
• Prepare, polish and set up cutlery and tables.
• Fill sugar, mustard pots, toothpicks and oil/vinegar.
• Maintain restaurant linen supply and daily cleaning plan.
• Support staff during peak periods and ensure guest satisfaction.
