Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury residential developments, hospitality, or premium experience centers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven experience managing FM contractors, service providers, and daily facility operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain luxury hospitality and presentation standards across the Experience Center.

• Handle customer, VIP, and management requests with professionalism.

• Monitor contractor performance, costs, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Resolve service-related concerns and prepare regular operational reports.

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Experience Center, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards, seamless facility management, and a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations, including housekeeping, security, landscaping, MEP systems, and soft services.
• Maintain luxury hospitality and presentation standards throughout the Experience Center.
• Supervise FM contractors and service providers to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
• Handle customer, VIP, and management requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Support sales and marketing events, ensuring smooth operations and readiness.
• Monitor contractor performance, operational costs, KPIs, and SLAs.
