Qualifications

• Experience in guest services, travel operations, or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; German and/or French a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for guest inquiries via email, phone, and messaging apps.
• Provide information on tours, itineraries, and bookings; support pre-travel and post-trip follow-up.
• Assist with special requests (dietary needs, language preferences, mobility accommodations).
• Track live guest activity during tours and support real-time changes or issues.
