Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor in the UAE. The role focuses on overseeing all administrative functions of the Guest Services division and ensuring high levels of service excellence within clinics.

The candidate will collaborate with doctors and staff to fulfill patient requirements, minimize waiting times, and maintain confidentiality while representing the organization professionally.

Qualifications

• Oversee and manage administrative functions of the Guest Services division.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth patient journey.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient and employee information.
• Organize regular refresher training for staff.
• Minimize waiting times across clinics.
• Represent the organization professionally and uphold its vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and takes up responsibilities to provide the highest level of service excellence through efficiently managing all administrative functions of the Guest Services division.
• Provides input to the Operations Manager to work towards the budgeted targets in each clinic.
• Performs daily rounds, meets with doctors and patients to fulfill their requirements.
• Supervises the Clinic Coordinators to prepare performance analysis of the Guest Service Executives.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure the consumer/patient journey is smooth and efficient.
• Resolves concerns, issues, and complaints and escalates matters appropriately when further investigation is required.
