Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, course scheduling, facilities, and delegate logistics for face-to-face, online, and in-company programmes.

You will lead trainers, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth while ensuring UAE regulatory compliance and high delivery standards. Build strong client relationships across corporate, government, and partner organisations in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field.
• Professional accreditation (ILM, CTD, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• 10+ years managing a training centre, education institute, or professional services operation.
• UAE-based experience preferred.
• Proven ability to grow revenue, manage costs, and build client relationships.
• Deep understanding of corporate training, accreditation frameworks, and market needs including digital and AI learning trends.
• Bilingual English/Arabic highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and course scheduling for the Dubai centre.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage budgets and operational spend to protect and grow profitability.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with corporate clients, government entities and partners.
• Track enrolment trends and revenue to design growth strategies.
