Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in executive education, corporate learning, or professional training.
• Proven track record closing high-value B2B contracts, achieving revenue targets, and managing strategic accounts in the UAE/GCC.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree/MBA preferred.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of closing high-value B2B contracts, achieving revenue targets, and managing strategic accounts in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong expertise in business development, financial performance, pricing, negotiations, and partnership management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's degree/MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic proficiency and UAE government-sector experience are strong advantages.
