Forsyth Barnes Dubai is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to help build and scale our Technology Contract division across the GCC. You’ll be responsible for creating new markets, growing a contractor book and developing relationships with clients in Dubai and the wider region.

The role offers a fast-paced environment in a small Dubai office with clear opportunities to progress as we expand. Expect high commissions, incentives and ongoing training to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in any sector.
• Comfortable in a 360 role.
• Commercially driven and confident with business development.
• Someone who wants to build a market, not just manage one.

Responsibilities

• Building client relationships across GCC.
• Generating new business through calls, meetings, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Growing a contractor book within a high-growth region.
• Sourcing specialist technology contractors.
• Managing client and candidate conversations, negotiating terms, managing offers and closing deals.
