Fortinet, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support recruitment of Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across the UAE. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and manage full lifecycle recruitment in a fast-paced, globally focused environment.

The role emphasizes a commercially minded recruiter who can operate across sourcing channels, deliver market insights, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring plans in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on Sales.
• Experience recruiting Sales/Sales Engineering in tech or cybersecurity.
• Ability to build pipelines from scratch using diverse sourcing methods.
• Strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with urgency when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong diplomacy.
• Experience with ATS and full lifecycle recruitment; UK tech market exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across levels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, events, and postings.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring plans.
• Manage full lifecycle from sourcing to offer and close.
• Act as candidate ambassador for a positive experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs and provide market insight.
• Communicate with candidates and managers to keep activity on track.
• Handle multiple vacancies with urgency and attention to detail.
• Use data and feedback to provide strategic recruitment insights.
