Job summary

Bizedge Accounting and Bookkeeping LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant to lead self-sourced sales efforts and drive new client acquisitions within the Audit, Accounting, Tax, VAT, Corporate Tax, or Business Advisory sectors.

You will identify opportunities, pitch tailored solutions, negotiate deals, and manage the full sales cycle from intro to close, building strong client relationships and contributing to revenue targets in a dynamic UAE market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or a related field.
• Experience in Audit, Accounting, Tax, VAT, Corporate Tax, Business Advisory, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to source your own leads and acquire new clients.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and other sourcing methods.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings and understand their accounting, audit, tax, VAT, corporate tax, and business requirements.
• Present and explain suitable services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals independently.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
