Job summary

Dawn Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our client base across audit, accounting, tax, company formation and liquidation services. This is a business development role designed to start conversations with UAE business owners and guide them to signed engagements with support from our technical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in professional services, corporate services or business setup.
• Practical understanding of UAE mainland and free zone company formation and the compliance obligations that follow.
• Ability to explain a professional services scope and fee accurately without over-promising.
• Strong spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage for client coverage.
• Self-directed, organised and comfortable being measured on results.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for audit, accounting, tax, company formation, liquidation and registered agent services
• Meet prospective clients in person and online, understand their requirements and recommend the right service scope
• Prepare proposals and quotations together with the technical team and follow them through to closure
• Build and maintain relationships with free zone authorities, referral partners and other intermediaries
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and activity record, and report on it weekly
• Represent the firm at business networking events and free zone activities
• Meet agreed monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition
