Job summary

Simplysolved in Dubai is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to own a B2B portfolio across professional services. You will be the primary contact, coordinating across accounting, tax, back office and payroll, and guiding early risk mitigation.

You will run regular reviews, spot churn risk, and identify opportunities to expand services while maintaining clear written follow-ups and a high standard of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years UAE experience in account management, client services or customer success within a B2B professional-services environment (accounting, tax, audit, legal or similar)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named contact for a portfolio spanning multiple industries from a law firm or clinic to a restaurant group real estate brokerage or a foreign company s UAE branch plus specialist engagements QFZP advisory tax health checks HNWI structures
• Coordinate across accounting, tax back office and payroll teams to keep delivery on schedule
• Own first-line escalation for service issues and close the loop with the client in writing
• Monitor account health and flag churn risk and opportunities for additional services
