Job summary

RYNT is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to drive new business and partnerships in Dubai. You will identify opportunities, engage potential rental partners, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Your role includes delivering platform presentations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with operations to ensure successful onboarding and strong partner satisfaction across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills; experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on partner success and customer satisfaction.
• Comfort with using digital platforms, CRM tools, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines and track performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous experience in mobility, car rentals, travel, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and build relationships with rental partners.
• Present RYNT’s platform and services to prospects to drive onboarding and growth.
• Negotiate terms and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with operations and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and high partner satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports; stay informed on mobility market trends.
