Job summary

Udrive Car Sharing in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Sales Executive – Inbound Sales to drive growth for its Long-Term Rental (LTR) business. The role handles inbound inquiries, assesses rental needs, and converts them into confirmed long-term rentals, coordinating with Operations and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales, with automobile industry experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in inbound sales

• Automobile industry experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Sales Executive – Inbound Sales to support the growth of Udrive’s Long-Term Rental (LTR) business. The role will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries, understanding their rental requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and converting enquiries into confirmed long-term rentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and other customer channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about Udrive’s long-term rental offerings.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend the most suitable rental solution.
• Effectively explain rental plans, vehicle options, pricing, terms, and other relevant details to customers.
• Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers to close pending sales and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive sales experience throughout the enquiry and booking process.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, extensions, and referrals from existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Automobile industry experience is mandatory.

• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound enquiries efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
