Job summary

You will monitor learning completion, manage Rituals e-learning registrations, and report on training effectiveness while collaborating with the Central Head Office in Amsterdam and teams in France.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize on-the-job training for teams supporting new store openings.
• Coordinate training activities to help store teams prepare for operational launch.
• Support structured learning delivery during the store-opening phase.
• Prepare regular reports covering completed store visits and training activities.
• Manage back-office functions within the Rituals e-learning platform.
• Support registrations for training sessions and monitor regional e-learning completion.
• Maintain visibility over learning participation and completion across the assigned scope.
• Track Mystery Shopper performance within the assigned area and support follow-up.
