AlFuttaim is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Dubai to plan, coordinate, monitor, and improve employee learning across stores and regional operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Learning and Development or training coordination.
• Diploma or higher diploma in HR, LD, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in retail, store operations, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into annual and quarterly learning plans.
• Coordinate classroom, virtual, blended, and digital training programs.
• Maintain accurate learning records, dashboards, and compliance data.
• Engage stakeholders, managers, and facilitators to ensure learner participation.
