Working with Line Managers and business stakeholders, the Brand Trainer will assess

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• Qualification in Training or HR is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in training content creation.
• Experience using technology to support learning.
• Understanding of training needs analysis and employee development.
• Ability to develop/adapt learning materials for different styles.
• Knowledge of facilitation and learning practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs with Line Managers and stakeholders.
• Create brand/product training plans aligned with brand standards.
• Adapt training materials from brand principals for learning.
• Develop engaging training content for diverse learners.
• Deliver training to store teams and reinforce customer service standards.
• Monitor learning impact on performance and business outcomes.
• Mentor participants to reinforce learning and workplace application.
