Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks a Regional Sales - Range Leader to drive sales growth and optimize product range across IKEA stores. Qualifications

University degree is required.
Minimum 5 years in retail, preferably with IKEA shopkeeper or home furnishing experience.
Strong understanding of retail sales, range management, pricing, and gross margin.
Strategic, analytical, and able to translate plans into store actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-store collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute IKEA sales and range action plans based on store business plans.
Maintain regular contact with store shopkeepers with weekly guidance.
Select products for marketing activities and coordinate with Logistics for availability.
Prepare buying guides for complex product series and assist coworkers in product communication.
Coordinate range matters between stores, central management, and distributor for alignment.
Set prices for IKEA range with store managers following guidelines.
Prepare sales budgets and monitor performance against gross margin goals.
Monitor local market trends and adjust range accordingly.
Provide pricing inputs with catalogue and marketing teams.
Coach shopkeepers on IKEA concepts and range priorities.
