Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail in Dubai is seeking a Sales Supply and Support Group Leader to connect IKEA's retail selling activities with store-level supply processes. You will balance supply and demand, maintain goods availability, support range management, improve replenishment, and secure service levels at an efficient cost.

You will provide team leadership and work closely with sales and logistics colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and consistent customer availability across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
• Strong English language skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
