Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a hands-on Community Manager to take ownership of a premium villa community in the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will oversee service delivery, on-site teams, resident relations and the community P&L.

You will drive maintenance across the site, manage engineers and contractors, ensure SLA compliance and deliver exceptional client service. A strong operations background in facilities, residential or FM is essential, with a UAE driving licence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in facilities management or residential operations
• Strong operational leadership and client relationship skills
• Understanding of maintenance and technical operations
• UAE villa‑community, residential FM experience is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operation and field team
• Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to high standard
• Oversee engineers, technicians and contractors
• Monitor jobs from initial request through to close‑out
• Ensure SLAs, response times and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Own community P&L and onboarding of new clients
