Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate seeks a seasoned Community Manager to lead strategic planning and operational delivery for a luxury residential community in Dubai. You will drive resident experience, coordinate facilities, and partner with vendors to uphold premium service standards and brand values.

The role requires 10+ years in Dubai/UAE managing upscale communities, with strong financial acumen and a track record of delivering exceptional, hospitality-led service to high-net-worth residents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Dubai/UAE managing premium residential communities or luxury villas.
Proven experience with high-net-worth residents and personalized service delivery.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning and execution of community management strategies.
Oversee daily operations including facilities, landscape and security.
Engage residents, manage services, events and long-term programmes.
Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts and key performance indicators.
Monitor budgets, CAPEX and financial performance for the community.
