Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Production Manager in the United Arab Emirates to lead daily perfume production activities across EDP/EDT, attars, roll-ons, deodorants, cosmetics, bakhoor, and oud muattars.

The role requires at least 8+ years in perfume manufacturing with strong QA, warehouse, and engineering exposure. You will drive cost-effective production, ensure batch traceability, and mentor the production, QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in perfumes manufacturing is mandatory.
• Strong experience in QA, Warehouse and Engineering functions preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily perfume production activities.
• Ensure targets are met within timelines and resources.
• Oversee quality control for all materials and products.
• Coordinate with R&D, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales/Planning teams.
• Monitor inventory and prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure correct batch sheets, formulas, production orders, and SOPs.
• Lead training and development of production, QC, Maintenance & Warehouse teams.
• Maintain machines, equipment, and hygienic production areas.
• Support ERP usage for production-related activities.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
