Job summary

Perfumes Manufactory in Abu Dhabi seeks a Sales Merchandising Executive to support sales activities, build customer relationships and maintain strong product presence across retail and institutional accounts. The role combines field sales, account follow-up and merchandising, including product presentation and order follow-up.

The candidate should be comfortable meeting customers, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring product availability. UAE driving license and good English are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or FMCG sales preferred.
• Experience dealing with cooperatives, retail groups, corporate accounts, institutions, or organized retail customers is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Good English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers to develop sales opportunities.
• Promote and present TAM perfume products to retail and institutional customers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and support opening of new accounts.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, customer requirements and sales activities.
• Visit points of sale and monitor product availability, visibility, pricing and display.
• Maintain proper merchandising and product presentation.
• Coordinate with internal team regarding customer orders and requirements.
• Monitor market activity and provide feedback on products, competitors and customer needs.
• Prepare basic sales and customer follow-up reports.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
