Qualifications

• Proven Dubai real estate experience in secondary and off-plan markets.
• Experience leading or managing a team of property consultants.
• Strong personal sales record and ability to drive team performance.
• Knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, pricing, and market trends.
• Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to set expectations, monitor performance, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of property consultants across secondary and off-plan sales.
• Drive team sales performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Monitor daily activity: leads, listings, viewings, offers, transactions.
• Coach agents on prospecting, negotiations, client management, and closings.
• Support agents with pricing strategies, property knowledge, and deal progression.
• Develop relationships with developers, investors, buyers, and sellers.
• Identify listings opportunities and revenue growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new agents as the team expands.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and professional standards.
