Job summary

H2O Al Osool Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a driven Senior Property Associate to manage off-plan and secondary market transactions with a high-performance team.

You will source leads, present opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and build strong relationships with developers while staying compliant with Dubai regulations. The role offers a commission-based payout and ongoing training to reward a proven sales record and client-management excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off-plan sales.
• Proven track record of successful property transactions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a commission-based environment.
• RERA certification (preferred).
• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients interested in off-plan property investments or Secondary rental and Sales
• Source new leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Advise clients on off-plan or secondary opportunities, market trends, and investment strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders
• Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and site visits
• Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate regulations, launches, and market dynamics

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off-plan sales
• Proven track record of successful property transactions
