Unique Properties in Dubai is expanding its Off-Plan & Investment Division and seeking ambitious real estate professionals with a proven sales track record. You will advise both local and international clients, specialise in off-plan, secondary or investment opportunities, and aim to close high-value transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
• Demonstrable history of completed transactions and sales performance.
• Experience in off-plan, secondary or investment property sales.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Confidence working with local and international clients.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing and converting qualified property leads into successful transactions.
• Advising local and international clients on Dubai's property market.
• Specializing in off-plan, investment and/or secondary-market opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining a strong personal portfolio of clients and investors.
• Building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
• Conducting property presentations, viewings and developer meetings.
• Negotiating terms and guiding clients through the sales process.
• Staying informed about new launches, market movements, pricing and payment plans.
• Working closely with developers, conveyancing teams and internal support departments.
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects and transactions.
• Consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
