Ajmal Estate Developers seeks a motivated Sales Relationship Manager with a proven Dubai real estate sales track record to grow our broker network and drive property sales. You will cultivate relationships with brokers, channel partners, and prospective investors while expanding market reach and coordinating end-to-end transactions.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Established network of active real estate brokers and channel partners across Dubai and the UAE.
• Experience in off-plan property sales, developer inventory, and broker-driven sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, pricing trends, payment plans, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Property Sales: Achieve assigned sales targets for residential and off-plan projects.
• Broker & Channel Partner Management: Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, agencies, and partners.
• Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and onboard broker partners.
• Project Presentations: Conduct briefings, presentations, viewings, and negotiations.
• Lead & Pipeline Management: Maintain active CRM and sales pipeline through the cycle.
• Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, pricing, plans, regulations.
• Transaction Coordination: Coordinate booking, documentation, and transactions with teams.
• Broker Activation: Organize meetings and events to generate leads and improve conversion.
• Reporting & Performance: Provide updates on sales performance and market feedback.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at events and exhibitions.
