Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants seeks a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead property sales through broker networks across Dubai. You will promote residential and off-plan developments, convert qualified buyer opportunities, and close deals with channel partners.

The role requires a proven broker relationship track record, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, preferably with a property developer.
• Strong track record of generating and closing sales through brokers and channel partners.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai's residential and off-plan property markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and activate relationships with real estate brokers and brokerage firms across Dubai.
• Communicate project launches, available inventory, pricing, payment plans, promotional offers, and unique selling points to channel partners.
• Conduct broker briefings, project presentations, meetings, and property site visits to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Engage with broker-referred clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties and payment options.
• Present residential and off-plan developments, handle objections, negotiate terms, and drive transactions through to closing.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with brokers and prospective buyers to maximize conversion rates.
• Achieve individual sales targets and revenue objectives through effective channel partner management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and buyer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
