DIA Developments is seeking a Sales Manager in Dubai to lead property sales and broker relations. You will develop and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and partner agencies, aiming to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs and present regular sales reports to management.

The role requires a proven real estate sales track record in Dubai, a strong network, excellent English communication, and a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
• Strong network of agents and agencies in Dubai
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and goal-oriented
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, agents and partner agencies across Dubai.
• Drive property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Conduct property presentations, meetings and client follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to convert leads into deals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
