Job summary
Dubai Dunes Property LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a high-performance real estate sales team in Dubai. You will drive strategies, mentor staff, and close major property deals with investors, developers and brokers.
The role requires a proven sales leadership track record, deep knowledge of Dubai real estate, and the ability to expand the company footprint through business development and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in real estate.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Dubai/UAE real estate market preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth in the Dubai real estate market.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client engagement negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNI and UHNI clients, property owners, developers, brokers and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, visits and negotiations.
- Drive property sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor and motivate sales team members.
- Monitor sales pipeline, leads, conversions, revenue and team performance.
