Confidential Careers in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager – Commercial & Residential Properties to oversee a diverse portfolio of assets, driving occupancy, rental income, and asset value. The role requires leading leasing negotiations, tenant relations, and operational excellence across retail, commercial, and residential properties.

You will manage budgeting, cost control, and rental collections while ensuring regulatory compliance and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10–14+ years of relevant experience in property management.
• At least 5 years in a property management leadership role.
• Proven experience managing commercial and residential property portfolios, ideally including retail assets or shopping malls.
• Strong expertise in leasing, tenant management, property operations, and asset performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of real estate financials, budgeting, rental yields, occupancy management, and operational costs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties, external service providers, and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and performance of commercial, retail, and residential property portfolios.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and tenant retention.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, tenant relations, and contractual agreements.
• Manage day-to-day property operations, including mall management, facilities, maintenance, and service providers.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and rental collection.
• Identify opportunities to enhance asset value, operational efficiency, and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct property evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence to support potential acquisitions and business expansion.
• Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations, contractual obligations, and health and safety standards.
• Provide regular portfolio performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
