M D EXPRESS REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is seeking aProperty Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties in Dubai. You will ensure optimal property maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include managing portfolios and tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance, inspections, tenant inquiries, regulatory compliance, budgeting, vendor coordination, and lease administration.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities
