R E D Real Estate Dubai is seeking a motivated Property Advisor to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. You will assist clients with property investments, sell off-plan and secondary properties, and guide buyers through the transaction process.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Dubai market experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong track record of achieving targets, and a passion for real estate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.

Responsibilities

• Sell off-plan and secondary properties to potential clients.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and developments.
• Negotiate with clients and support the closing of property deals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain effective communication throughout the sales process.
