Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Strong client relationship management and sales abilities
- Passion for real estate and a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of Dubai property transactions, investments, and negotiations
Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan and secondary properties to prospective clients
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships while understanding their requirements
- Conduct market research and stay informed about Dubai property trends
- Negotiate with clients and support the closing of transactions
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process
