Job summary

Kingdom by MAG is expanding its Off-Plan & Secondary Sales team in Dubai, seeking ambitious Property Advisors to join the growing group. You will advise clients on off-plan and secondary-market opportunities and manage a personal pipeline from networking and referrals.

In this role you will present projects, discuss payment plans, runs market analysis, conduct viewings and negotiations, and drive sales to closing while staying updated on Dubai communities and trends.

Qualifications

2+ years of Dubai/UAE real estate experience.
Experience in off-plan and/or secondary sales.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities.
Proven ability to generate leads and build your own client network.
Track record of achieving sales targets and closing transactions.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
RERA certification is an advantage.
Additional languages are an advantage (Russian, French, Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian or Urdu).

Responsibilities

Advise local and international clients on off-plan and secondary-market opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, end-users, landlords and property owners.
Generate and develop your own client pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting and existing relationships.
Understand client objectives and recommend suitable properties based on investment and lifestyle requirements.
Present projects, payment plans, expected returns and market opportunities.
Conduct property viewings, meetings and presentations.
Negotiate effectively and manage the sales process through to closing.
Stay up to date with Dubai communities, new launches, developers, pricing and market trends.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
