Job summary

Real Estate Masters Dubai is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai sales team. You will engage with international clients, present investment properties, conduct meetings and property viewings, and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role offers professional training, a robust commission structure, and opportunities to participate in roadshows and lead-generation activities across premium Dubai developments.

Qualifications

• Good command of English is required.
• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property investors.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Understand clients’ investment requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Present off-plan and ready properties to potential buyers.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients throughout the property-purchase process.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai projects, developers, prices, and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, events, stands, and international roadshows.
