Job summary

Kingdom by MAG in Dubai is expanding its Off-Plan & Secondary Sales team and seeks ambitious Property Advisors to join a growing real estate powerhouse, backed by MAG Group Holding.

You will advise local and international clients on off-plan and secondary opportunities, build a strong client network, conduct viewings, negotiate terms and guide transactions through to closing, while staying up to date with Dubai communities, launches, pricing and market trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Dubai/UAE real estate experience.
• Experience in off-plan and/or secondary sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities.
• Proven ability to generate leads and build client networks.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and closing transactions.
• Languages other than English are a strong advantage (Russian, French, Arabic, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu).

Responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on off-plan and secondary-market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, end-users, landlords, and property owners.
• Develop your own client pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting and existing relationships.
• Understand client objectives and recommend suitable properties based on investment and lifestyle requirements.
• Present projects, payment plans, expected returns and market opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, meetings and presentations.
• Negotiate effectively and manage the sales process through to closing.
• Stay up to date with Dubai communities, new launches, pricing and market trends.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
