Job summary

GRIEBS PROPERTIES LLC is seeking an Off-Plan Property Consultant in Dubai to provide expert guidance on off-plan real estate investments. You will focus on selling off-plan properties, staying abreast of market trends, and helping clients make informed investment decisions.

The role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the Dubai property market, and a customer-centric approach to close deals and build lasting relationships with developers and investors.

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with off-plan properties.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Dubai property market and its legal frameworks.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages is a plus).
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their investment goals.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on the best off-plan property investment opportunities based on their needs and budget.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in the Dubai real estate market, especially related to off-plan developments.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and other real estate professionals.
Arrange property viewings and facilitate meetings with developers and clients.
Provide clients with clear and transparent information on property developments, pricing, payment plans, and potential returns on investment.
Ensure that all legal requirements and documentation for off-plan sales are handled correctly.
Work closely with marketing teams to promote off-plan properties.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
