Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred).
- Brokers seeking growth, mentorship and structured development.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.
- Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
- Professional, ambitious and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
- Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
