Keys & Smiles, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, seeks a Senior Property Consultant to manage property portfolios, conduct viewings, and guide clients through sales and leasing from inquiry to closing.

You will provide market trend insights, prepare property proposals, and negotiate offers to maximize client outcomes. The role emphasizes relationship building, rapid inquiry response, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliant listings.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting skills and data-driven property guidance
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Customer service focus with client satisfaction and retention
• Proven sales skills including lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals
• Solid understanding of real estate markets in Dubai/UAE
• On-site role with multi-client/property management
• Proficiency with office software and property listing platforms; CRM is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
• Driving license and own car is a plus

Responsabilités

• Manage and create a portfolio of properties and conduct viewings
• Guide clients through the full sales and leasing process from inquiry to close
