It specializes in residential and commercial real estate, supporting clients with property purchases, sales, leasing, and investment opportunities in secondary market, leasing and off plan.

The Role

The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves managing & creating a portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, and guiding clients through the full sales and leasing process from initial inquiry to closing & after sales services.

The consultant will provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment potential, prepare and present property proposals, and negotiate offers to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, updating property listings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations. The Senior Property Consultant is also expected to generate new business, meet performance targets, and represent the company professionally in all client interactions and industry events.
