Job summary

Pinnacle Assurance Properties L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Property Advisor in Dubai to manage and grow a portfolio across off plan, leasing and secondary markets.

You will advise investors and end users through a consultative, insight-led approach, building a strong, conversion-focused pipeline through networking and referrals. Ideal candidates have 1+ year Dubai real estate or high-performance sales experience, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in Dubai real estate or a high performance sales environment.
• Experience with off plan, leasing or secondary market sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling and pipeline management is required.
• Confident communicator with negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a young, ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across off plan, leasing and secondary markets.
• Advise investors and end users through a consultative, insight led approach.
• Build and maintain a strong, conversion focused pipeline via networking and referrals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop lasting client relationships.
• Stay ahead of Dubai market trends, launches and investment opportunities.
• Lead property viewings, prepare offers, negotiate terms and close high value transactions.
• Keep accurate records of clients, viewings and deal progress in the CRM.
• Deliver a best in class client experience from first contact to deal completion.
