Job summary

NSR Associates, Dubai-based engineering consultancy, is seeking a Project Planner to lead the full project scheduling from concept through completion. You will develop detailed programs using Primavera P6 or MS Project and coordinate with PMs, engineering, and site teams to align milestones and resources.

You will regularly update schedules, prepare look-ahead plans, monitor the critical path, and produce dashboards and variance analyses to support project decisions. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Develops, manages, and controls full project schedules from concept to completion.
• Looks ahead with 1-, 2-, and monthly schedules for site and engineering teams.
• Keeps critical path updated, identifies risks, delays, and constraints early.
• Prepares S-curves, dashboards, progress charts, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed project programs using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Updates the project schedule weekly and monthly with accurate site progress.
• Prepares 1-week, 2-week, and monthly look-ahead schedules for teams.
• Monitors critical path and flags late approvals, long-lead risks early.
• Attends progress meetings and presents clear schedule updates.
