Job summary

Vanderlande Industries in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Specialist Planner to create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for complex, multi-disciplinary projects through design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and handover.

The role requires 5 years of planning experience in construction, senior Primavera expertise, and strong Excel skills, with the ability to coordinate with customers and subcontractors and provide monthly

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree or working experience on a bachelor level.
Experience in a project organization.
5 Years Planning experience in a construction environment.
Senior level knowledge of the Primavera planning software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise at different levels.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain project schedules within Primavera P6 for large, multi-disciplinary projects from design through handover.
Drive teams to deliver detailed schedules/step plans integrated in the overall project schedule.
Proactively communicate progress and changes to stakeholders, including external parties.
Produce two‑weekly or monthly project progress reports in line with customer requirements.
