Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler in Abu Dhabi to lead the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will monitor progress, prepare look-ahead plans, and provide dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with milestones and contractual obligations.

The role requires 5–7 years in project planning, a Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree, and expertise in EVM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) from an accredited institution.
• Progressive experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in Oil & Gas or power projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for complex schedule development.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and project performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Prepare look-ahead plans, progress reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with PMs, site engineers, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Identify schedule risks and propose recovery plans.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource allocation.
• Assist in EOT claims and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with milestones and contractual requirements.
