Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Project Scheduler with 3–5 years of UAE experience in planning and scheduling for landscaping and civil works. You will develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, prepare baseline schedules and look-ahead plans, and monitor progress against milestones.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in project planning, scheduling or controls.

• Solid understanding of construction planning methods, resource allocation and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead programmes, recovery plans and revised schedules.
• Monitor progress, milestones, delays and contractual compliance.
• Update schedules based on site progress, variations and changes.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and updates.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Track landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, water feature and civil works progress.
• Assist in delay analysis, EOT submissions and project recovery planning.
• Maintain planning documentation, schedules and records.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project;
• Prepare baseline schedules, look‑ahead programmes, recovery plans and revised project schedules;
• Monitor project progress, key milestones, delays and compliance with contractual requirements;
• Update project schedules based on actual site progress, variations and project changes;
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and performance updates;
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project activities;
• Track and monitor the progress of landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, water feature and civil works;
• Assist in delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, claims support and project recovery planning;
• Maintain comprehensive planning documentation, schedules, progress reports and project records;
• Identify potential schedule risks and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline;
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls;
• Experience in landscaping is mandatory;
• Sound understanding of construction planning methodologies, resource allocation and project lifecycle management.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel;
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling techniques, progress measurement and reporting;
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills;
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with multidisciplinary project teams;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines;
• Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, project documentation, and contractual procedures;
