Job summary

Al Reem Documents Clearing Services in Dubai seeks an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to identify, approach, and convert new clients for PRO and government documentation services. You will build relationships with companies, HR departments, investors, and entrepreneurs across Dubai and the UAE.

Key duties include generating new leads, developing corporate accounts, promoting PRO and visa services, and achieving monthly sales targets. English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or business development experience in the UAE.
• Experience in PRO services, business setup, document clearing, corporate services, immigration, or government services is highly preferred.
• English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and actively approach potential clients
• Develop new corporate accounts and long-term business relationships
• Promote Al Reem’s PRO, visa, licensing, labour, and business support services
• Contact business owners, HR departments, managers, entrepreneurs, and investors
• Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate services
• Follow up with prospective clients until conversion
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify repeat business opportunities
• Coordinate with our operations team once a client is confirmed
• Work toward agreed monthly sales and client acquisition targets
