Job summary

Innovations Global is seeking a Business Development Executive in the UAE to drive sales of PRO and business support services across the UAE. You will acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and aim to meet revenue targets with solid market knowledge.

The role offers a package of AED 10k–12k/month plus commission, with a focus on visa processing, company formation, and government liaison. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 4+ years UAE sales / business development experience, preferably in PRO or corporate services.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for PRO and corporate services (visa processing, company formation, government liaison, license renewals).
• Identify and develop leads for business support services such as HR, payroll, and recruitment outsourcing.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on UAE regulations and market trends.
• Prepare basic sales reports and forecasts.
