Job summary

Our Dubai-based client seeks an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage document clearing, government relations, and trade license processes across UAE authorities. The role requires hands-on DMCC, JAFZA, DED, immigration, and license procedures, with strong reasoning and follow-up skills.

The candidate should be fluent in English (Arabic an advantage), possess a UAE driving license, and excel in communication and relationship management to ensure timely processing of all government

Qualifications

• 4–6 years UAE PRO experience
• Expert in DMCC, JAFZA, DED, MO Labour, Immigration
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all documentation and government-related processes (company formation, trade licenses, visas, immigration, renewals).
• Liaise with authorities such as DMCC, JAFZA, DED, MOHRE, and Immigration.
• Handle document clearing, attestations, and submissions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, free zones, and trade licensing requirements.
• Provide timely updates to management on application statuses and renewals.
• Maintain excellent follow-up with authorities, clients, and internal departments to avoid delays.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials and agencies.
• Handle ad hoc government relation tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate with banks for opening/closing corporate accounts and related documentation.
