Job summary

Al Reem Documents Clearing Services in Dubai seeks a driven Business Development Executive to win new PRO and government documentation clients. You will target companies, entrepreneurs and HR teams across Dubai and the UAE, building lasting relationships and converting opportunities into revenue.

The ideal candidate has UAE sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to generate leads via cold calling, networking and WhatsApp outreach.

Qualifications

• Requires prior experience in UAE sales, especially in PRO/services, corporate or government-related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Arabic is an advantage; English fluency is required; existing UAE network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and convert new clients for PRO and government documentation services.
• Develop corporate accounts and long-term relationships with companies, HR departments and investors.
• Promote PRO, visa, licensing and business-support services to prospective clients.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations once a client is confirmed and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue repeat business opportunities.
